The Come On Now! Provider app is used by the medical provider to connect to the patient in order to invite, schedule, and confirm patient appointments. It is a revenue generating app that replaces no-show appointments with billable telemedicine visits. The platform solves the real problem of no-shows for both patients and physicians.

It is a platform consisting of a dashboard for the office/clinic staff, and an app that can be downloaded from the Apple stores by the patients for free. The dashboard used by the office staff is a view of the appointments schedule for the doctor for a specific day. This view is populated automatically and in real-time from the scheduling platform the office uses, be it an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), a scheduling tool, or other. From this view, the staff can create/modify the clinic’s profile (address, contact info, and most importantly the “no-show” time period after which an appointment is considered a no-show), check-in patients, track patients scheduling statuses (early & checked-in), create a new appointment, and update the schedule.

The power and innovation of the platform lies in the “no-show” feature. If an appointment is not marked as “checked-in” or “early”, and after the passage of the “no-show” time period specified in the clinic’s profile, the appointment will automatically be marked as a “no-show appointment”. Here, the system will have a pre-compiled list of opt-in patients with up-coming appointments, and patients that need to see the doctor but couldn’t because of scheduling limitations. Through the app, the system will send a notification alert to all of the patients on the list that the doctor is available for a telemedicine or phone visit. The first patient to accept the invitation, will get connected to the doctor. It can also be sent to individual patients, if he or she declines, the system will move to the next patient on the list, automatically without any extra work to the office staff at all. This way, health care is provided continuously to patients who need it but couldn’t get on the schedule, and at the same time providers will not lose revenue due to no-show appointments. We believe it will also mitigate double and triple-booking in offices, with all the frustrations that come from such practices.
